Exhale to Inhale
Exhale to Inhale empowers survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault to reclaim their lives through the healing and grounding practice of yoga. ETI offers yoga not just as a way to heal or as a form of exercise, but rather as a tool to address traumatic stress held in the body and reconnect with the present moment. Through free weekly classes at domestic violence shelters and community centers throughout New York, and Connecticut, Exhale to Inhale brings yoga to women who can benefit the most from yoga, yet might not otherwise have access.
