SELF CARE WORKSHOPS
Self-care is something we sometimes feel guilty of doing, and find excuses not take time for ourselves. Yet, we will do anything at any length to care for others. When we overextend ourselves, we lose energy, tend to anger easily, and suffer from compassion fatigue or burnout. Self-care is an important part of our daily lives to help us put our best foot forward for every situation that we meet.
In this workshop, we explore the how stress affects your body, mind and behaviors and how taking time to create a self-care plan can benefit you, your profession, family, friends and life.
